Swim Instructor, Sports Core

Work Mode: Onsite

Opportunity

Our team at Sports Core Health & Racquet Club offers a wide range of fitness activities, from swimming and tennis to group classes and personal training. Join our innovative team of well-being professionals and help our guests find a balanced, community-based approach to health.

Responsibilities include:

1. Instructing swim classes and private lessons for children and adults according to curriculum
2. Maintaining accurate records of class content and student progress
3. Building friendly relationships with parents and managing class disruptions effectively
4. Monitoring aquatic activity at all times and enforcing pool and safety policies
5. Responsible for swim program equipment upkeep
6. Maintaining required certifications
7. Ensuring order in the pool area

This is a part-time position with shifts on weekdays and weekends, between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.

Skills/Requirements

• WSI Certification required at hire or within 30 days
• 3-5 years of teaching experience with children or adults
• Must be 18 years old
• Prior teaching experience preferred

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Compensation includes a competitive commission range plus tips/gratuity, influenced by various factors.
