Job summary

British Swim School of Fort Worth-Westlake is seeking a compassionate Swim Instructor to work with children and adults with special needs. Our mission is to teach water survival skills in a fun, safe, and supportive environment while helping every swimmer build confidence and independence.

No previous swim teaching experience is required—we provide comprehensive paid training! This role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment, with competitive hourly pay and opportunities

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in the water.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons using the British Swim School curriculum.
• Provide individualized instruction for swimmers with various disabilities.
• Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment.
• Communicate swimmer progress with parents and caregivers.
• Prioritize safety while making lessons engaging and rewarding.
• Work closely with management and fellow instructors to support each swimmer's success.
