Job summary

British Swim School is hiring a part-time, year-round Swim Instructor to teach life-saving water skills at our Mansfield, Arlington, and Grand Prairie locations. You’ll create a safe and engaging learning environment for children and adults while building strong relationships with families.

Starting pay is $15/hour after training, with opportunities for increases. Paid training is provided; indoor pools offer a year-round, comfortable setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or in progress).
• Willing to complete paid training.
• Availability for evenings and/or weekends.
• Experience working with children is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons to children (starting at 3 months) and adults.
• Create a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment.
• Build relationships with students, parents, and teammates.
• Help swimmers gain confidence and water safety skills.
