Asphalt Green is seeking experienced part-time swim instructors at our Battery Park City location. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your teaching and interpersonal skills to introduce children and adults to swimming. All instructors are trained in Asphalt Green’s curriculum and teaching methodology. We offer competitive pay, flexible schedules, free health club membership, and opportunities for advancement. We pride ourselves on creating a fun and engaging work environment.

Currently, we are looking for coverage on Sundays, along with Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, for the remainder of spring and upcoming summer roles. Pay rates range from $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.

All employees have access to our facilities, including pools and fitness centers, at no cost—eliminating the need for a separate health club membership.

Candidates should have previous experience teaching, coaching, or competitive swimming at the club, high school, or college level. All instructors must be able to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). These requirements are mandatory for employment.
