Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead swimming lessons and ensure alignment with YMCA guidelines using prepared lesson plans.
• Build positive relationships with members and participants; provide motivational support and guidance.
• Engage members and parents, identify volunteers, and connect participants to aquatics programs and schedules.
