Big Blue Swim School in Sterling Heights is seeking a friendly Swim Instructor/Team Member for a part-time role at our state-of-the-art facility. No prior swim teaching experience is required; you will be trained.

Qualifications

• Loves teaching kids and helping them grow.
• Must be available to work weeknights and one weekend day.
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Previous swimming experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead small group lessons and teach swimming techniques in a warm, encouraging environment.
• Communicate swimmer progress to families and support ongoing training.
