HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, is seeking a part-time Swim Instructor to join the Aquatics Team at Advocate Condell Centre Club in Gurnee, IL. You will deliver safe, engaging swim lessons for adults and children in private or small group settings.

Availability Monday through Friday evenings (4:30 PM–7:00 PM) is required. A strong swimming background and certifications for CPR/AED/First Aid are needed within 30 days.

Formación

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Adult & Child CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days.
• Must have a strong swim background and proficiency in all strokes.

About the role

Looking to make some extra money? HealthFitness is looking for Swim Instructors to join the Aquatics Team at our Advocate Condell Centre Club, managed by HealthFitness client site located in Gurnee, IL.

Availability needed Mondays - Fridays 4:30PM - 7:00PM.

Responsible for providing effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children participating in private or small group lessons. Design individualized programs to meet the participant's interests, abilities, and goals.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Adult & Child CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days.
• Must have a strong swim background.
• Proficiency in all swim strokes.
• Flu vaccination required during Flu season.

The compensation for this role is commission-based. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
