Job summary

Big Blue Swim School in Concord, NC is seeking energetic Swim Instructors to teach children. No previous experience needed; paid training includes Lifeguarding and CPR. You will help students reach their full potential in a friendly, supportive environment.

We offer part-time and full-time schedules, competitive pay ($16–$18/hr after training), health insurance for full-time staff, PTO and sick time, and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• No prior swim experience required; paid training provided including Lifeguarding and CPR.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet for long periods.
• Must be able to work in water for at least 25 hours per week and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons to children with patience and enthusiasm.
• Ensure safety and supervise students during water activities.
