Emler Swim School in San Antonio, Texas is hiring a swim instructor who will be the heart of the experience, teaching life-saving water safety skills while making swimming fun. You will foster safe, engaging lessons and build lasting memories for kids aged 6 months to 12 years.

Qualifications

• Must love working with kids and bring positive energy.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and professional with great communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends on a set schedule.
• Comfortable in the water and active on your feet.
• Previous teaching or swim experience a plus, but paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Train with a mentor to learn swim instruction methods.
• Teach weekly lessons and celebrate student milestones.
• Create positive relationships with students and parents.
• Keep safety a top priority around the pool.
• Be active on your feet and in the water during classes.
• Teach classes for kids from 6 months to 12 years.
