Job summary

Foss Swim School is hiring a Swim Teacher to help children gain confidence and essential water safety skills. No teaching experience is required—paid training will get you up to speed, and you'll join a supportive team that loves helping kids succeed.

Teach small classes (1–4 students) using our curriculum, with weekend premiums and flexible part-time hours. You’ll build lasting relationships with families, earn competitive pay and quarterly bonuses, and enjoy free swim lessons for dependents.

Qualifications

• No teaching experience required; paid training provided.
• Experience in childcare, coaching, education, camps, customer service, retail, hospitality, fitness, or similar roles is a plus—but not required.
