Job summary

Foss Swim School is hiring a Swim Teacher to help children gain confidence and water safety skills. No teaching experience is required—we provide paid training and a supportive team that loves teaching kids.

Starting pay is $19.50/hour with weekend premium (+$3/hour) and potential for subbing (+$1/hour). Flexible part-time schedules with year-round hours are available, plus quarterly bonuses and free swim lessons for dependents.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare, coaching, education, camps, customer service, retail, hospitality, or fitness is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Teach small classes of 1–4 students using our curriculum.
