Job summary

Big Blue Swim School is seeking Swim Instructors in Watchung, NJ. No swim experience is necessary as we offer paid training. As a Swim Instructor, you will help kids become confident swimmers while working in a fun and supportive team environment.

This position offers full-time and part-time opportunities, competitive pay, health insurance for full-time staff, and clear career growth paths. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, has a positive attitude, and can commit to at least 25 hours a week.

Qualifications

• No prior swim experience required—just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must enjoy working with kids and bring high energy every day.
• Comfortable working in the water for at least 25 hours/week.
• Availability to work evenings (3pm–9pm) and at least one weekend day (7:30am–5pm).
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and remain active on your feet for extended periods.
