FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Summary:

Instruct students on water safety and swim techniques following the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.

Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction based on curriculum
• Enforce safety rules and assist in rescues and first aid
• Evaluate student progress and complete paperwork
• Communicate with parents about student development
• Maintain pool area safety and cleanliness
• Report incidents and perform light cleaning duties
• Attend mandatory training sessions

Certifications:

Life guard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications are provided; all instructors must become lifeguards.

Work Environment:

Exposed to heat, humidity, and moderate noise levels. Must be at least 15 years old to apply.
