Swim Instructor (Morning, Afternoons or Weekends)

Join us as a Swim Instructor (Morning, Afternoons or Weekends) at Harcourts Huon Valley. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to teach water safety and swimming techniques, providing valuable experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
• Enforce safety rules, prevent accidents, and perform rescues and first aid as needed.
• Evaluate students' progress and complete necessary paperwork.
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student development.
• Maintain pool safety and cleanliness, report issues, and assist with equipment management.
• Attend training and fulfill additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to work well with children.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must pass background checks (training provided).

Additional Information

Must be at least 15 years old. Certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and First Aid will be provided. The role involves exposure to heat, humidity, and moderate noise levels.
