As a Swim Instructor, you’ll play a vital role in teaching children of all ages how to swim while creating a positive, supportive learning environment. What You’ll Do:

  • Teach Swim Lessons: Lead swim lessons for children of various ages and skill levels, tailoring your approach to help each student succeed.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure the safety of all students in and around the water by following safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Track Progress: Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to both students and parents to support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate & Support: Work closely with other instructors to create a fun and engaging learning environment. Share knowledge, support each other, and grow as a team.
  • Promote Positive Culture: Foster a supportive, inclusive, and fun atmosphere that builds confidence in students and contributes to a positive work culture.
