Swim Instructor - Harvard Recreation (Cambridge, MA)

Part-time; up to 15 hours/week

Harvard Recreation, managed by HealthFitness, seeks Swim Instructors to join the Aquatics team on campus in Cambridge, MA. You will provide safe and effective swim instruction to adults and children in private or small group lessons, designing programs tailored to individual interests, abilities, and goals.

This position offers flexible hours and the chance to create your own schedule.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Heart Association, Red Cross, or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Strong swim background and proficiency in all swim strokes.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems.

Compensation ranges from $38-$50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
