Job Summary:

Provide the highest quality swim instruction. Assist in the registration of participants. Provide a safe and enjoyable environment for the administration of swim instructions. Ensure that the finest level of service and highest quality product is provided for our members and guests. Greet members and guests as they come into the Gym. Provide members and guests with towels and, if desired, lockers. Answer Gym telephone properly. Fold towels. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk. Thank all members and guests for using the Gym, inquire about their experience, and finally invite them back as they depart.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Previous coaching or competitive experience preferred.

Schedule: Full Time, Hybrid Front Desk & Swim Instructor must be available midweek and weekends.
