Qualifications

• Preferred high school diploma or GED.
• Experience as a certified lifeguard or youth sports instructor required.
• Two or more years as a swimming instructor required.

Responsibilities

• Instructs students on water safety and swim techniques.
• Enforces safety rules and makes rescues if needed.
• Evaluates students' progress and interacts with parents.
