Job summary

ACAC Greenville is seeking a proactive Swim Instructor to teach lessons for children and adults in a dynamic, customer-focused club environment. You will deliver progressive instruction, uphold safety standards, and help maintain a high-energy, welcoming community.

Ideal candidates enjoy flexible scheduling, have a background in aquatics teaching or coaching, and demonstrate strong communication with both members and teammates.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years old.
• Certified Starfish Swimming Instructor (or equivalent).
• Prior aquatics teaching or coaching experience preferred.
• Superior customer service skills; ability to work with both children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Teach progressive swim lessons to children and adults.
• Foster a team culture focused on goals, service, and professionalism.
• Communicate effectively with team members and members.
• Maintain a safe environment at all times and be familiar with acac programs.
