Diventures is seeking a Swim Teacher to inspire confidence in young swimmers and build lifelong water-safety skills. You will lead engaging lessons, prioritize safety, and foster a fun, supportive learning environment for kids and families in our community.

As a teacher on our team, you’ll partner with families, celebrate small wins, and share progress while promoting Diventures’ safety-first approach and love of the water.

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching or supervising children preferred.
• Ability to communicate with parents clearly and patiently.
• Commitment to safety, inclusivity and positive coaching.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, safe learning environment for students.
• Teach basic swim skills and water safety to children of various ages.
• Monitor pool safety and maintain a clean, welcoming space.
• Regularly communicate progress and next steps with families.
• Inspire confidence and a love of swimming in all students.
