Elite Amenity Management, based in New York City, is a full-service amenity management company specializing in high-end, personalized services for residential and commercial properties. Our team offers management, wellness, design, and more, transforming shared spaces into sanctuaries of health, well-being, and connection.

Position: Contract Swim Instructor

We seek a highly motivated, hospitality-driven individual to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct swim lessons for children aged 3 and above.
  2. Structure hour-long classes, potentially divided into two groups: ages 3-5 and 6+, each with a half-hour session.
  3. Develop and deliver age-appropriate swimming lessons focusing on water safety and skill development.
  4. Maintain a safe, controlled environment during sessions, adhering to water safety protocols.
  5. Evaluate progress and provide feedback to children and guardians.
Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or GED.
  2. At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  3. Certifications: Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, AED.
  4. Degree(s) above minimum education may substitute for experience.
  5. Proficiency in first aid.
  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  7. Ability to maintain records and perform administrative tasks.
  8. Knowledge of swim training methods.
  9. Ability to follow and enforce safety procedures.
Compensation:

$30 to $40 per half hour.
