Job summary

Nuffield Health in Ilford is seeking a Swim Instructor (Bank) to deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes at our Ilford Fitness and Wellbeing Centre.

This part-time, bank role pays up to £20.65 per hour depending on experience, plus benefits including gym membership and a pension scheme. You will inspire swimmers of all ages, promote memberships, and be a positive, engaging role model. Join a supportive team dedicated to health and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to teach swimming to diverse ages and abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach both groups and individuals effectively.
