Job summary

Swimm with Timm is hiring energetic Swim Instructors to join Choice Fitness locations in Salisbury, MA; Peabody, MA; Methuen, MA. If you have a passion for water and teaching, you’ll fit right in.

As an Instructor you’ll lead skill-based lessons for beginners, build positive relationships with students and parents, maintain a safe, fun environment, and follow our curriculum from day one. 1–3 years experience in childcare or coaching helps; CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding certifications are

• CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding certifications due within 6 months.

About You

You're high-energy, reliable, and you love seeing that "aha!" moment when a student gains confidence in the water.

• Experience: You have 1-3 years of experience in childcare, teaching, or coaching (competitive swimming experience is a huge plus!).
• Certifications: You have (or are willing to get) CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding certifications within your first 6 months. We'll help you get there!
• Mindset: You're punctual and dependable. Our students rely on seeing your friendly face every week.
• Education: High School Diploma required.
