Job Description

Swim Instructors plan and organize class teaching outlines, methods, and goals that support the general teaching outlines provided by the Aquatics Manager and the American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim Program. They will organize and direct activities of assigned students to provide high-quality instruction. They will work with the Aquatics Manager to upgrade, improve, and refine their teaching skills for effective swimming lessons across various age groups and skill levels.

Must be able to establish positive public relations with parents/guardians, helping them recognize and understand swimming developments and achievements. Responsibilities include completing and submitting records and documentation of lessons to the Aquatics Manager and the American Red Cross office. Additional related duties may be assigned.
