Job summary

Onelife Fitness in Gainesville, VA is seeking a Swim Instructor to deliver fun, safe, and effective private, semi-private, and group lessons for learners of all ages and levels.

You will tailor instruction to each swimmer's goals and skill level; enforce pool & club policies, keep the deck clean, and promote programs while attending required trainings. CPR/AED is required and HS diploma or GED is necessary.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• WSI, Lifeguard, and CPO certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver private, semi-private, and group swim lessons to all ages and levels.
• Tailor instruction to each swimmer's goals and skill level; answer questions before/after lessons.
• Create an educational, welcoming vibe while enforcing pool and club policies.
• Keep the deck clean and safe; reset equipment as needed.
• Promote club programs and complete required paperwork, meetings, and trainings.
• Follow all service, facilities, and emergency procedures; work early mornings/evenings/weekends as needed.

• Promote club programs and complete required paperwork, meetings, and trainings.
• Follow all service, facilities, and emergency procedures; flex to early mornings/evenings/weekends.

Position Requirements

• CPR/AED required.
