Job summary

Big Blue Swim School - PA is hiring a part-time Swim Instructor in Fairless Hills, PA. No prior swim experience is needed as we provide paid training, including Lifeguarding and CPR.

You will teach safe, engaging lessons to children, work with a supportive team, and help students reach their water skills goals. Applicants should enjoy working with kids, be energetic, able to lift up to 30 lbs, and commit to evenings and weekends.

Swim Instructor - Part Time

Fairless Hills, PA

No Previous Swim Experience Needed - we offer paid training including Lifeguarding and CPR.

We offer Swim Instructors:

• Competitive Pay: Average pay rate of $14.00 to $18.00
• Consistent Schedules: We offer part-time opportunities with consistent schedules so employees can plan and balance their time away from work.
• Career Development: A career path with growth opportunities in management. We are actively looking for additional managers at this location, along with growth opportunities at future locations.

We offer our Swim Instructors training for everything you will need to teach safe, fun and effective swim lessons. The skills you will need to bring are:

• Enjoys having fun and working with children
• Energetic and enthusiastic
• Willing to work in a team environment and show passion for the Big Blue Swim School Mission
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods of time
• Ability to work in the water for at least 25 hours per week
• Must pass a background check
• Ability to work at evenings and weekends
• Previous swimming experience not required
