Job summary

Easterseals Rehabilitation Center in Evansville, IN is seeking a part-time swim instructor to teach lessons and lead aquatic exercise classes for clients of all abilities. The role includes organizing pool equipment, cleaning the pool area, and maintaining chemical levels in a warm-water pool.

Flexible hours with 10–29 hours weekly and a Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends) make this role ideal for balancing work and life.

Qualifications

• Prior swim lesson, lifeguarding and/or aquatic background experience required
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. occasionally
• CPR/1st Aid Certification (Training will be provided if not certified)
• Must pass pre-employment background checks, physical, TB and drug screen

Join the ESRC Team as a part time swim instructor! Easterseals Rehabilitation Center offers swim lessons and aquatic exercise and fitness classes to clients of all ability levels. The swim instructor position will support clients with lessons and exercise classes. Fun fact, we havethe only warm-water therapeutic pool in the community!
