SafeSplash Swim Schools of Northern New Jersey is looking for swim instructors to join our Cedar Grove location. This is the perfect part time job for students or people who want to earn some extra cash while working in a fun, positive and rewarding environment. If you are looking for an exciting and fulfilling job and you'd like to join the staff of the nation's premier swim instruction team, we'd love to talk with you!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

· The main focus of a swim instructor is to teach swimming skills in accordance with SafeSplash curriculum in a fun, positive manner.

· Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students and customers on their swimming efforts.

Job Requirements:

· Previous swim instruction experience is required.

· Current American Red Cross CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for adult, swimmer and infant required or certification will be provided.

· Paid training in the SafeSplash curriculum will be provided.

Compensation:

· $16.00 to $20.00 per hour.

· Performance bonuses.

· Paid training.

· Flexible Schedules: 3-30 hours per week, easy to schedule around school or other jobs.

· Fun team atmosphere.

· Growth potential to go from Swim Instructor to Deck Supervisor to Manager.
