Job summary

Equinox in San Francisco is currently seeking Swim Coaches for full-time and part-time opportunities. You will conduct all swim programs, motivate clients to achieve goals, and deliver exceptional service to our members in a premium fitness environment.

Qualifications include swim certification preferred, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to self-promote and network within the club.

Qualifications

• Swim certification preferred.
• Personal Training background preferred but not required.
• Possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to self-promote and network.
• Previous competitive swim experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducts all swim programs & activities in accordance with Equinox objectives.
• Motivate and inspire clients to get results through goal setting, frequent follow-up, and re‑assessments to show progress.
• Provide the highest quality of service to our members
• Build client base through in‑house special events and networking within the membership base
