JOB IDENTIFICATION:

Reports to: Aquatic Manager

BASIC FUNCTION:
The Swim Coach is responsible for the administration and day-to-day operations of the Des Plaines Park District Swim Team.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High school graduate or G.E.D.
Experience: 21 years of age or older, preferred. Minimum of one year’s experience in coaching competitive swimming or any equivalent combination of education, experience and training. Strong knowledge of competitive swimming.
Certifications: First Aid/CPR certification preferred but not required. Valid Illinois Driver’s License.
