BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support omni-channel initiatives and member service in a fast-paced warehouse environment in New Jersey. You will pull orders, use an RF scanner, and move merchandise from the floor to staging areas while ensuring accuracy and speed.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to club standards as you help deliver a seamless member experience through BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club programs.

Formación

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process member purchases and pull orders from a pick list using an RF scanner.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and ensure items are stocked and accessible.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized SFC/OMNI area and support SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
• Communicate inventory or equipment issues and coordinate with the team to replenish stock when needed.
• Ensure timely picking of orders to meet productivity and SLA targets and support member experience.
