Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support digital initiatives and in-store operations. You will pull merchandise from a pick list, move items to staging areas, and verify counts with a handheld RF scanner.

You will collaborate across the OMNI team on BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club, while delivering fast, friendly service and ensuring a safe, organized environment for our members.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilizes a handheld scanner device (RF) to pick orders from the sales floor.
• Moves merchandise from sales floor to staging area and verifies counts with RF scanner.
• Communicates problems with inventory and/or equipment and informs team when replenishment is needed.
• Follows SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club and maintains productivity metrics.
• Keeps the SFC area neat, clean, and organized.
