Delaware North's Patina Restaurant Group is seeking a part-time Food Runner for Patina 250 in Buffalo, NY. You will expedite food from the kitchen to guests and respond to changing needs in the restaurant.

As a Food Runner, you will collaborate with the Chef, kitchen team, and servers to ensure timely preparation and delivery, and assist with any required table-side service. This role is tipped and offers weekly pay and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience or training as a Runner or Busser.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Attend pre-shift briefing and note important service information.
• Collaborate with Chef, kitchen staff, and servers to ensure timely food delivery.
• Assist with table-side service, taking orders and explaining the menu.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparations.
• Keep kitchen and dining areas clean and organized.
