Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting all SWIFT products
• Coordinate and execute project-based activities with customers and KLA teams
• Provide technical applications support for development and implementation of KLA products in customer facilities
• Work on complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation of data and situations
• Collaborate with engineering to improve products and implement plans
• Assist sales in applying products to meet customer needs and prepare specifications
• Display strong technical, analytical, communication and leadership skills
• Travel 70% of the time
