Job summary

Matlen Silver in Charlotte, NC seeks a hands-on SWIFT Payments engineer with 3-5 years installing patches, maintaining and testing SWIFT Alliance Gateway/Access and related platforms on AiX/Linux. The role also covers Agile delivery, risk/regulatory/compliance documentation, and potential involvement in infrastructure upgrade projects and emerging payment formats such as RTP/SEPA Instant.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in validation, testing, and support onward

Qualifications

• Experience installing patches, maintaining, troubleshooting and testing SWIFT products.
• Experience with AiX or Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of ISO20022 and realtime payment formats is a plus.
• Familiarity with agile project delivery and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Install patches, maintain, troubleshoot and test SWIFT products (Alliance Gateway/Access/Web).
• Support Agile delivery and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and manage documentation to meet risk, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrade/replacement projects as needed.

Position Summary:

SWIFT Payments - 3-5 years hands-on experience in installing patches, maintaining, troubleshoot and testing SWIFT products: SWIFT Alliance Gateway, SWIFT Alliance Access, SWIFT Web Platform, SWIFT Net Link Operating Systems - 3+ years of experience with applications running on AiX or Linux operating systems.

Agile Delivery - 1+ years of experience with Agile project delivery.

Risk/Regulatory/Compliance - 3+ year experience managing completion of application related documentation to meet risk, regulatory and compliance requirements.

Infrastructure - Experience with infrastructure upgrade/replacement projects a plus

Industry Formats - Knowledge of ISO20022 Payment Format a plus

Emerging Payments - Knowledge of US RTP, SEPA Instant, Fed Now or relevant Realtime payment processing formats a plus

SWIFT Application hands on experience
