Job summary
Arthrex, Inc. in the United States seeks a District Sales Manager for Surgical Video, Integration, Resection, and Power to lead Imaging & Resection sales in the Naples area.
You will drive revenue growth, manage capital and disposable portfolios, and mentor district reps. You will partner with district leadership, surgeons, IT, and administrators to deploy Synergy Imaging and NanoScope solutions, while building strategic accounts and delivering customer-focused, value-based solutions across
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of orthopedic medical device sales experience.
- Arthroscopy and/or endoscopy experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree is essential.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the district Imaging & Resection business strategy in alignment with district, regional, and national objectives.
- Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and quota attainment across Imaging & Resection capital and disposable product portfolios.
- Lead the launch and adoption of new technologies and product introductions within the district.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, administrators, IT departments, supply chain leaders, and key decision makers.
