New York Stewart International Airport (SWF), located at 1180 First Street, New Windsor, NY 12553, serves the Hudson Valley and surrounding region approximately 60 miles north of Manhattan near Newburgh and New Windsor, Orange County. Owned by the Department of Transportation and leased by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) and operated by Future Stewart Partners (FSP/Avports) under a long-term agreement, SWF is a FAA Part 139 certified commercial service airport offering scheduled passenger service and cargo operations. The airport plays a key role in regional transportation and economic development and is committed to safe, efficient, and customer-focused airport operations.
Under general supervision, performs a variety of duties at New York Stewart International Airport, a general aviation, Part 139 Certified Airport. Responsible for ensuring that daily airport operations are conducted in accordance with FAR Part 139 and TSA 49 CFR 1542. Works under the supervision of the Operations Manager, Assistant Manager, and Senior Operations Officer.
