Hirebridge seeks a dedicated Sweeper Operator for our New Caney, TX plant. You will operate sweeper equipment, perform routine inspections, and ensure safety protocols are followed to maintain clean, safe job sites.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ready-mix sweepers and related heavy vehicle/equipment.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Any other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Operate ready-mix sweeper equipment to clean construction sites, roadways, parking lots, and other designated areas.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to ensure sweeping equipment remains in safe, reliable working condition.
• Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment.
