Mercier Consultancy in Greece is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agent to support Canon, a world-leading imaging and technology brand. This fully remote role offers relocation and the chance to work from home while assisting Norwegian-speaking customers.

You will respond to product inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and handle order-related questions with a focus on quality service. Training is provided and you will join an international team across Europe for a rewarding work-life

Qualifications

• You must have C1/C2 level of Norwegian, both written and spoken, and a high level of English.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your CV and/or cover letter.
• You must have a valid EU passport.
• You must be living in Greece or willing to relocate; relocation package available.
