Job summary

Swatch Group in New York City seeks an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a flagship retail team and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service.

The candidate will oversee staffing, inventory control, and store operations, ensuring alignment with Swatch standards and brand culture, in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail Store Management experience required for all candidates, specialty retail preferred.

• Excellent organizational, communication and computer skills.

• Ensure proper staffing of the store through recruitment and retention.
• Create and foster a nourishing environment for the team to strive and succeed.

We are seeking an experienced, retail Store Manager to provide leadership in our store. The ideal candidate must be a seasoned Retail Manager with a strong focus on driving sales and delivering excellent customer service.

Annual Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
