West Penn Energy Services, LLC is seeking a Swamper to assist with loading, unloading, and transporting rig moving and frac equipment at active job sites. You will work closely with drivers and crew to support daily operations and uphold safety standards.

The role requires physical endurance, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a team-oriented mindset. Flexible schedule with extended hours and occasional overnight travel may be required; competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading, unloading, and securing rig moving and frac equipment
• Act as a ground guide for equipment operators during transport and staging operations
• Organize, inspect, and maintain rigging equipment (chains, shackles, straps, tag lines)
• Support rigging operations by staging and delivering necessary equipment to the crew
• Use tag lines to help stabilize loads during lifting operations
• Assist with rig mobilizations, demobilizations, and frac fleet moves
• Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and report safety concerns
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, tools, and equipment
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations at all times
• Communicate effectively with crew members to ensure safe and efficient operations

This role works closely with drivers, operators, and riggers to support daily operations, maintain job site safety, and ensure equipment is handled properly.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with loading, unloading, and securing rig moving and frac equipment
• Act as a ground guide for equipment operators during transport and staging operations
• Organize, inspect, and maintain rigging equipment (chains, shackles, straps, tag lines)
• Support rigging operations by staging and delivering necessary equipment to the crew

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods

• Willingness to work in challenging environments, including uneven terrain
