SVS Vision Managers will be responsible for “hosting the party” on the sales floor while managing, training, and coaching staff members. Additionally, Managers will oversee customer service topics including but not limited to sales, being present on the sales floor, troubleshooting problematic lenses or frames, styling patients, and specific administrative duties. Managers work in a team of eye care professionals including optometrists. Their priority is to ensure quality service to the customers receiving eye examinations or picking out corrective lenses.
