The role reports to the Professional Services Department and offers full-time hours with a competitive hourly salary. The ideal candidate will have computer proficiency, professional communication skills, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assists in improving exam efficiency and elevating patient experience.
• Communicates with the retail office management and staff.
• Prepares the clinic day with strong organizational skills.
• Performs refraction and case history review.
• Performs non-contact tonometry and auto-refractor testing.
• Conducts visual acuity testing and blood pressure measurement.
• Operates lensometer and performs visual field testing.
• Captures fundus photographs and OCT testing.
• Performs eye drop instillation as directed by the OD.
• Supports supervising OD and hands off patient care when appropriate.
