The Role: SVP, Total Rewards, Performance and Analytics

What You’ll Do

Total Rewards

  • Develop and implement a competitive compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with company objectives and scales with growth.
  • Design executive and broad-based compensation programs, including salary structures, incentives, equity, and bonus plans that support retention and performance.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and management of benefits programs (health, wellness, retirement, and other perks) to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with all compensation and benefits-related regulations across multiple geographies.
  • Partner with Finance and Executive Leadership on budgeting and forecasting for compensation and benefits costs.

Performance Management

  • Build and implement a performance management framework that aligns individual and team goals with company strategy.
  • Design career progression frameworks and integrate them with compensation and development programs.
  • Establish a culture of continuous feedback, goal-setting, and performance measurement to drive high performance and accountability.
  • Provide guidance to leadership on succession planning and leadership development strategies.

People Analytics & HR Operations

  • Build and lead a People Analytics function to drive data-driven decision making across HR and business operations.
  • Define and track key HR metrics (e.g., compensation equity, pay-for-performance impact, attrition drivers, workforce planning) to inform leadership decisions.
  • Implement tools and processes to improve HR reporting, workforce planning, and predictive analytics capabilities.
  • Leverage analytics to drive insights on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), engagement, and workforce productivity.

What You'll Bring
  • 15+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, or People Analytics, preferably in high growth, complex organizations.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling compensation and analytics functions from scratch.
  • Deep expertise in executive compensation, incentive structures, and pay equity frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of HR technology, people analytics tools, and data visualization.
  • Ability to influence and partner with executive leadership, Finance, and HR teams to drive strategy and execution.
  • Experience leading teams and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with operational execution.
