The SVP provides high-level planning counsel on priority client relationships and high-stakes new business opportunities. By establishing clear governance and quality criteria, this role ensures media planning teams deliver fit-for-purpose rigor, strong strategic translation, and impactful execution across diverse client needs. Additionally, the SVP provides matrixed craft mentorship and development for media planning leaders and embedded planning talent across the organization, strengthening strategic judgment, executive presence, and planning leadership without replacing account-level ownership.

Proven track record of defining, embedding, or governing media planning standards, methodologies, or Center of Excellence (COE) structures. Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching, and developing senior media planning leaders and practitioners. Proven ability to lead, align, and influence cross-sectional teams and senior stakeholders without relying on direct formal authority.
