Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 10–15 years of business development or client development experience.
• 5–7 years of lending and/or underwriting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Experience with banking software and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead production across loans, deposits, and assets under management with aligned referral goals.
• Drive new client acquisition and expand relationships through daily calling and retention outreach.
• Manage team capacity and performance by segment; delegate effectively and use metrics for workload.
• Oversee onboarding, coaching, and retention to build a growth-focused team.
• Ensure pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and CRM best practices from application to onboarding.
