Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 10–15 years of business development or client development experience.
• 5–7 years of lending and/or underwriting experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and CRM software.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production across loans, deposits, and assets under management.
• Drive new client acquisition and expand relationships through calling, retention, prospecting, and coaching.
• Manage team capacity and performance by segment with metrics.
• Oversee onboarding, coaching, and career pathing to build a growth-focused team.
• Ensure pipeline discipline, forecasting, and CRM best practices through underwriting to onboarding.
• Maintain portfolio administration and compliance including pricing, reviews, and covenants.
• Expand client relationships by introducing new product strategies and coordinating with experts.
