Qualifications

• 15+ years in a cybersecurity leadership role with progressive responsibilities
• Strong expertise in cloud-native security, Zero Trust, IAM, and CTEM
• Experience modernizing security organizations through tool consolidation and operating model redesign
• Demonstrated governance of AI/ML security technologies
• Excellent strategic thinking, budgeting, and vendor management
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 30-40%)

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise security architecture strategy, standards, and roadmaps
• Lead security engineering and lifecycle management of security platforms
• Own IAM strategy and lifecycle governance including provisioning, access changes, and de-provisioning
• Transform vulnerability, attack surface, and application security into unified CTEM
• Embed secure development practices into SDLC and CI/CD pipelines
• Drive product- and platform-based security operating model and KPI/KRI measurement
• Partner with executive leadership and provide board-level security posture reporting
• Establish global operating model with clear accountability and service ownership
• Oversee AI-enabled security initiatives and secure AI lifecycle practices
• Lead cross-functional teams to reduce risk, improve efficiency, and optimize costs
