Responsibilities

• Source and grow new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, focusing on commercial real estate.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of healthcare banking relationships, delivering customized credit solutions, treasury management, and tailored financial products.
• Originate and structure commercial credit facilities ranging from $25MM–$35MM.
• Manage an existing healthcare portfolio, while actively contributing to pipeline for future business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal partners in credit and product to ensure exceptional client service and risk management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial banking experience with proven expertise in the healthcare sector.
• Strong origination and business development skills, with an ability to independently source and close new client relationships.
