Job summary

RPM Living seeks an SVP to drive regional operations, optimize financial performance, and lead a high-performing team from the Phoenix Corporate Office. You will coordinate with departments, manage client relationships, and guide strategic initiatives across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field; education may be substituted by experience.
• 10+ years in property management leadership with 6–8 years in executive leadership overseeing regional operations.
• Experience with 3rd party management.
• Strong budgeting, financial reporting, variance analysis and forecasting skills.
• Ability to build, lead and motivate large teams; strategic thinker with focus on performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to streamline operational processes and enforce SOPs across properties.
• Partner with RPM counterparts and Operational Process Department on efficiency initiatives.
• Monitor and optimize cash management for distressed assets; coordinate with senior leaders.
• Provide updates on market performance and strategic initiatives to Division President.
• Engage in high-level client interactions and support strategic growth efforts.
• Develop annual Corporate Budget and Strategic Plan aligned with goals and trends.
• Oversee risk mitigation plans and ensure compliance with laws and contracts.
